Autism: Researching Practice
I worked with London South Teaching School Alliance (LSTSA) as an independent researcher. I completed focus groups with programme participants and collated and analysed a range of data, including surveys, pupil outcomes, case studies and observation data. The final product was a report linked HERE
Social mobility in Oldham
Oldham Opportunity Area asked me to help them assess progress made towards a fairer society. I worked with a range of agencies to collate and present data from education, to health, housing and the local economy. This helped Oldham OA to assess distance travelled and plan their next steps
Strategic School Improvement Fund Research Study
I supported Ecorys who had been commissioned, alongside the UCL Institute of Education, to independently evaluate the effectiveness of the Strategic School Improvement Fund (SSIF).
As part of this project I undertook face-to-face and telephone qualitative interviews with a cohort of schools and provide Ecorys with case study data.
